Name, billing address, telephone number, email address and conversation between you and us, event and order details, payment details, photos shared by you, feedback/testimonials, and any other necessary information relating to your order or enquiry.​

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet and connection information. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

We collect information through you to 

• Fulfil your order and comply with the contract between you and us

• To communicate with you regarding your order and to keep you updated on any changes to the contract, terms and conditions, privacy policy, etc.

• To contact your chosen suppliers e.g., the venue, event planner, florist, etc.

• To promote our business with your permission through photos, testimonials, etc.

• To improve our services, goods and for marketing purposes in an unidentifiable way, etc.

Sell or rent your data to third parties, share your data with third parties for marketing purposes, or remove data if there is an unsettled debt, pending order, or court case.

Share your data if we are required to do so by law. For example, by court order to prevent fraud or other crimes.

 

How long we keep your data:

We will only retain your data for as long as necessary, then it will be safely destroyed. The law requires us to do so. We will keep some data on your order to track sales and to improve our services, goods and for marketing purposes, this is kept in an unidentifiable way.

 

Children protection: Our services are not designed for or intentionally targeted at selling to children 13 years of age or younger. We do not, intentionally collect or maintain data about anyone under the age of 13.

 

Where your data is processed and stored:

Your data may be stored on Microsoft software, G suite, bank account, paper, and on other third parties through e-sign.

 

How we protect your data and keep it secure:

We are committed to doing all that we can to keep your data secure. All data is kept private and confidential on reputable software.​

 

CCTV:

There is CCTV in use on the property 24 hrs a day. All recordings are erased every 30 days.​

 

Web host:

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with an online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases, and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

This privacy policy only applies to Leigh-Anne’s Flower Cake Design. It does not cover other websites and links to other businesses if you go to another website through us.
