BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE PROCESS FROM ENQUIRY TO DELIVERY
Begin by completing our detailed Initial Bespoke Enquiry Form below.
This detailed form will help us understand your requirements effectively, check our availability for your date and requirements, and confirm that you agree to our starting price and retainer fee, should you wish to proceed with your enquiry.
If we’re available on your chosen date, I’ll send you the full details of my bespoke service, exclusive flavours, and guide prices. After you’ve reviewed everything, and if we both feel my style aligns perfectly with your vision following an email chat, I'll provide you with a cost estimate, and you’ll have the opportunity to secure your booking (subject to availability) with a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer fee of £250. This payment formalises our agreement and will be applied toward your final balance.
Approximately 6 months before your wedding, we’ll sketch and finalise your custom design through Zoom meetings and email. Around this time, you'll also receive a personalised proposal and our signature wedding taster box featuring; 8 exclusive flavours to help you select your favourites if you have purchased one.
Your final invoice will be due in full 8 weeks before your wedding.
On the big day, I will deliver and set up your bespoke wedding cake at your venue, ensuring everything is perfect.
FULL DETAILS OF YOUR JOURNEY WITH US
I aim to provide you with a personalised, bespoke experience that is both seamless and stress-free. All instructions will be kept via email once booked to ensure that no details are missed, as everything is organised and recorded.
If you choose to work with a wedding planner, they can facilitate all of the following arrangements. It's important to note that the individual specified in the contract is the person from whom I will take instructions.
Initially, I will provide you with a proposed cost estimate until your design is finalised. If you are happy to proceed, I will then forward our up-to-date terms and conditions document to you, along with instructions for submitting a non-refundable/non-transferable retainer fee of £250 to secure your booking. This payment serves as an agreement to the contract and will be deducted from your final balance.
TO FINALISE YOUR DESIGN...
After securing your bespoke experience booking with us, you can schedule a complimentary, informal 30-minute virtual consultation via Zoom or email around 6 months before your wedding day. During this session, I will work closely with you to finalise your bespoke design, ensuring it perfectly aligns with your vision, preferences, and taste while fitting within your budget. Taking inspiration from your colour palette, floral arrangements, invitations, themes, venue décor, or any other details that resonate with our style, I will digitally sketch two bespoke wedding designs and provide tailored proposals. You will have 14 days to refine the final design once you receive the sketches.
At that time, you may also have the opportunity to purchase our signature wedding taster box for £65.00 if your booking is made well in advance. These boxes are available on select dates in January, April, July, and October. Each box includes two sample portions of eight of our luxurious flavours, allowing you to choose your favourites. The samples are shipped via Royal Mail's 24-hour tracked service, with all shipping and handling charges included.
Once you’re ready to proceed, I will send you a completed order form along with an invoice detailing the balance due, minus the retainer fee paid to secure the booking. The remaining balance will be due 8 weeks before your wedding day, payable by bank transfer. Please note that no changes can be requested after this date.
Once arrangements are in place, I will liaise with your chosen suppliers regarding your wedding cake, ensuring a seamless process leading up to your big day.
On the wedding day or delivery day, I will deliver and set up your cake at the venue at an agreed time, providing your catering team or venue coordinator with details regarding allergens, as well as cake-cutting specifications.
Your wedding cake will be ready to be admired and enjoyed, leaving you with cherished memories of your special day.

I'm seeking to collaborate with a limited number of clients planning a wedding in Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, and Merseyside in the North West of England, UK. These clients should desire an artistically designed bespoke wedding cake that reflects their unique wedding day and my signature style featuring details such as; realistic handcrafted sugar flowers, delicate piped detailing, and contemporary stylish textures, made with delicious cake flavours, that are coated with Belgian white chocolate ganache, and iced with luxurious Swiss fondant.

Our bespoke wedding cake design experience is limited to ensure each design receives the highest level of care and attention.
Therefore, I have a few Saturday and Sunday dates available from Sept 2025 to 2026. To avoid disappointment, I recommend securing your booking, approximately 9 to 18 months in advance. If your wedding date is approaching and you're checking availability around 7 months out, please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’d be delighted to see if I can still be part of your special day if we have availability!

2025 INVESTMENT
A bespoke wedding design experience starts from £950.
This can include a custom wedding cake design and/or favours but excludes delivery, set-up charges, and cake stand hire.
Delivery and set-up start at just £79.00.
Each booking includes a custom proposal tailored for your special day, ensuring that every detail aligns perfectly with your vision. Most designs featured on my website are 4- or 5-tier and valued between £1250 and £1950+
Also, using polystyrene dummies instead of real cake doesn’t make a big difference in price, and since they’re not very eco-friendly, I only use them if it’s essential for the design, not to cut costs.
